Go All Access with the level 9 and 10's from Gym X-treme. Gym Xtreme is the home to former elite Gabby Van Frayen who finished 3rd in the all around at the 2024 DEV Nationals. Gym X-treme had four athletes qualify to Level 10 Nationals and a few to Level 9 Easterns in 2024.
We start off with the gymnastics training a stabilization beam complex from coach Joanne and then get into flight, mounts dismount and upgrade E's . On vault coach Li Li ,1992 Olympian for China, is working the turnover for the RO while the girls work on their upgraded vaults into the pit. Yuliya, Gym X-treme's floor coach, breaks the workout into 3 parts: Single leap and leap series work, double salto training on the floor and finishes with rod floor tumbling upgrades. #r5allaccess #gymnasticstraining #gymxtreme
