Some places have a noise ordinance. The one in my county starts at 9am. Anything before that violates the noise ordinance. Check into your county rules.
My town was not before 8:00am...
Ours is 10 pm- 7 am, but we always wait til 8.
The problem with asking the neighbour to not start yard work is that most people like to do yard work before the heat of the day settles in.
I understand that (I don't like the hot humid weather), but before 9am is disrespectful of your neighbor's expectations to enjoy a quiet morning just as some neighbors would prefer you didn't do loud yard work after dinnertime when they would like to relax and enjoy a quiet evening.
The lady who wishes the the neighbor to begin Saturday yard work later should have much GRATITUDE that the owner next door is keeping up curb appeal.

Make sure do not disturb isn't turned on.
8 am is fine. Plus, it's super hot. This is perfectly normal and acceptable.
AirBnB - the party thing is standard....and while it doesn't mean "wild n crazy" party...it's a standard in regards to having ppl over. It asks this specific question when making reservations. The ring camera thing....well, I would have avoided letting them know that's how the owner knew. Could have said something that the neighbors saw a lot of cars?
I think that part of the issue with inviting others over to an ABnB is that many are set up to charge based on how many guests you have (not unlike a hotel) - the more people, the more it costs to rent. And the hosts are then on-the-hook for excess water charges (showers, etc.) and laundry use. (A close friend of mine has a vacation rental and has had issues with guests inviting local family and friends to use their "free" washers/dryers. One bad apple.....)
Most likely, the Airbnb listing has house rules that state you cannot have guests over. The people that rented it did not check the rules and they are in the wrong and should/could be fined.
I would say, "Sure," and then I'd regularly mow the lawn in the middle of the night.
I love both Hoda & Jenna but I noticed that Jenna was really cutting off Hoda at least 3 different times. I could feel Hoda's annoyance as she should be! I've seen Jenna do this before, but it was more so in this clip.
As a friend of mine said to her daughter and boyfriend. "My house , my rules" If you don't like it get a hotel room
37 years old...living together for 5 years and you plan to "eventually" get married. That's code for we're not getting married.
