If you were wondering that cought and the "ahh!" Scream right after it wasn't done on purpose. Briton (the lead vocalist) was getting aggravated that he couldn't get the scream at that part right.

Yo, you can’t just say “no” to somebody saying they regret being with someone. You don’t even know his backstory. Such a weird thing to say. I was with a girl and she cheated on me and did some other fucked up stuff to me and I absolutely regret getting with her.
