I have eaten many of Salmon Patties in my lifetime, and still love them. Russ is right on about his Granny, and my mother also. They were excellent “old time” southern cooks. How wonderful to remember them, and their special meals they prepared. Ronda you are an excellent example of how your children, and grandchildren will remember their mother’s and grandmother’s special dishes! BYW Picky loves Salmon Patties! ❤❤

Yum like i make with the exception i do a healthy squirt of mustard helps them stick together. Just an idea for you to try. ❤❤❤❤
Yes that little bite of mustard is delicious, I put it in my catfish patties and it’s so good, great tip friend 🙌🥰
