thats probably true for some culverts but these actually had concrete all over the lips of the culverts so the big rocks were not preventing anything at these. thanks for the tip!
Great job. We too have lots of people who think it's okay to drop litter all the time and then volunteers have to pick it up as authorities don't seem to bother. I really don't understand what is so difficult to put it in a bin or take it home, but great job granny. On Earth day you are all making the earth a little bit better.

I would love to be able to what you are doing but I work 10-15 minutes and then I set down the same amount of time and then go doing it again. I love watching your videos. If I'm not mistaken Post10 has said that they put rocks under the front of a culvert to prevent the flow from going under the culvert.

Maybe you should consider piling some of the larger rocks between the pipes to stop/slow rushing water from eroding the soil in between.
