Kinda... In Puerto Rican Spanish chocha is actually used to refer to the vagina, it's kinda an equivalent to pussy. While coño is used more as a damn equivalent. However that's in Puerto Rican Spanish in other regions coño is used to refer to pussy and isn't used as a damn equivalent.
To put it more simply if you're in PR and say "that girl had a gorgeous chocha" they'll understand what you mean but if you say "that girl had a gorgeous coño" they'll look at you weird. That's what it means but that's not how it's used here.
