AIRWALKS were SIICCCKK!! I didn't get a pair for a loooonnngg time! They were expensive. I had to get Chucks. Wore them for YEARS!! When I finally got a pair of airwalks... they threw me off sooo bad and gave me back issues. After wearing chucks for like 5 years skrait, I was used to flat foot sneakers. The arches n stuff in AIRWALKS were too much for me! Lmado True story! JNCO's and AIRWALKS were the top o' the game! Poor kids like me, didn't have any. I did get a pair of JNCOs I traded a bag of the jackolantern candy corn like things for a pair. The kid was hefty n grew out of em. I was twiggy

Amazing watching some of these in 2022: flight staff issues with people we now call Karens and teachers and kids sharing ice cream… seems like a world away.
