【KOF MUGEN】Kychiel Update

It's been a while since I showed off Kychiel, mainly because he had a massive update that I never got around to showing due to IRL stuff on both me and Kartara's end. Though I did end up getting it.
I also updated him a bit myself on a whim, adding RemapPal to make his "special" palettes have their dedicated flame colors (there's one I didn't show because the video would be way too fucking long).
