Jais Sledder located at Jebel Jais, Ras Khaimah Uni Emirates Arab, which Only a approximately 120 minute drive away from Dubai, with normal driving speed. The Jebel Jais mountain peak is part of the spectacular cloud-piercing Hajar mountains in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
The range extends from Ras Al Khaimah on the eastern side of the United Arab Emirates to the Musandam Peninsula on the northeastern side of Oman. The Jebel Jais mountain peak in Ras Al Khaimah soars 1,934 metres above sea level. The Jebel Jais mountain peak provides breathtaking vistas and a cooling microclimate with temperatures less than 10 degrees Fahrenheit found at sea level.
The highest peak in the United Arab Emirates attracts thrill-seekers and nature lovers, providing adrenaline-pumping experiences and one of it is jais sledder. The sleds are designed to seat two people comfortably, one in front and the other in the back. You are safely secured into the sled, and each sledder has access to the braking system. You can purchase Jais Sledder tickets in bundles of one or three rides from the ticket counter; don’t worry, you can always go back for more! You can choose to share the experience with a friend or a member of your family or go superhero-solo. Head to the mountains and enjoy the various thrilling and award-winning experiences.
Jais sledder OPENING HOURS , Tuesday to Sunday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The last ride ends at 5:30 PM. However, the ticket counter closes between 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM depending on the queue.
Passenger requirement, Minimum of 3 years old and a minimum of 105 cm in height. • Passengers should be capable of holding onto the front handle while the sled is in motion.
For sledder driver requirement,
• At least 138 cm tall and 10 years old to drive alone.
• At least 150 cm tall and 12 years old to drive along with a passenger.
• Must be physically capable of maintaining a seated position and using safety restraints.
• Ability to visually recognize the sled in front of them to maintain a safe following distance.
• Ability to operate brake levers to control the sled’s speed.
The combined weight of the riders (maximum of two) per sled cannot exceed 150 kgs.
The Jais Sledder sits comfortably on a low-slung track. You’ll reach up to 40 kilometres per hour as you hurtle down the Hajar mountain range swerving through glorious panoramas with views of the spectacular coastline. The speed seems amplified ten-fold because you are sitting so close to the ground.
