  • A superb 6.5 mile hike to the summit of Pulpit Rock in the magnificent Norway. The weather was pretty poor but it didn't deter me from making the 2,000 foot ascent through the steps, rocks and forest and up to the summit.
The Pulpit Rock is a major attraction in Norway especially for hikers and it is estimated around 300,000 people visit the destination each year.
The route I taken is available on All Trails - it says it is 5 miles but my watch read 6.5 miles when I arrived back at the car park:
    www.alltrails....
I parked at the main Preikestolen car park which cost approx. 200 NOK for 6 hours which is £15. The address is:
    Preikestolvegen 521, 4105 Jørpeland, Norway
Further details about parking and Preikestolen can be found here:

Mission Impossible: Fallout filming took place at the Pulpit Rock in Norway:

I had some issues with alot of the footage on this one and it came out choppy but I have managed to clear it up as best I could. I think I may have knocked the stabilize button off on my GoPro - always have to learn the hard way!
Pulpit Rock stands at a height of 1,982 feet.

Thanks my friend. It’s my favourite place - gutted I couldn’t get the drone out at the pulpit rock due to the weather but just have to accept it. Thanks for watching and keep up the great content on your channel 👍
