I saw a 9lb perch in Germany years ago in the early 80’s. It was strung up on a pole and was dead but it weighed 9lbs. It was killed to be eaten by a local fisherman. The memory has stayed with me all these years.
I noticed you always put jigs on the snap swivel , Where as in Canada we tie the jig directly to the fluro.. Whats the reason for doing so if you don’t mind me asking? Great show those perch are incredible we only get them 2 lbs biggest . I fish Walleye or maybe you call them Zander tournaments very similar to PFL . thanks for sharing!
I do this when I change a lot my baits, it’s just easy and quick to change lure. Also, on some of the hardbaits (like for example the Stunna) we use, the action of the lure is better with a snap instead of tying it directly to the fluorocarbon.
These Two Guys are Incredible! I think they are one of the Best Anglers in Europe. I wish good luck for the Competition. Fingers Crossed!
So pumped for the competition to start!! 🤩🤩
