I hope you don't mind me adding to your reply saying the same thing happened to me today. Isn't the vocal so beautiful and very similar to Audrey Hepburn's original. These classic ballads are always best played with a gentle tenderness and restraint. Makes life feel like there's a purpose. This is beyond beautiful. It is sublime and goes straight to the heart.

Hi Dave, Even though we both are , Moon River is not quite that old. The great Henry Mancini wrote the song with legendary Johnny Mercer adding the lyrics. I adore Kim's rendition. When I think of river life in the Mississippi delta in the 1800's I think " Old Man River" and would enjoy Kim giving it a try .
