Hi josh you could try sketchup. That is a great program or you can easy do a search for free cad programs I'm sure there should be some other free programs buddy . Hope this helps you 🙏
Quick question for ya. Do you think 400sqm land is big enough for a 250sqm house build with wall? The wife and i are looking tor land around buriram area and most of it looks to be 400sqm. We want a u shaped house with pool in the back between the bedrooms. Plans we found are 250sqm but not sure 400sqm is enough. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Dennis
Thanks for the response. Sets my mind at ease a bit. Garden space like you said no maintenance which is fine for us. A few fruit trees and the wife is happy.

Yes it more than enough mate. As long as you plan it out on the land it will fit ok. But not much garden you will have. Easy maintenance
