I just want to clarify (as a British person™️) that an English Muffin is NOT the same as a crumpet. A lot of comments here claiming this. This is absolutely slanderous. A crumpet is God tier compared to an English Muffin. Great video girlies!!! Love me a Scotch Egg and pickled onion Monster Munch x
35:52 Ugh I get so excited when I correctly anticipate a specific cutaway, I love that you added that. I've been conditioned to think about certain cutaways over time, like the word "peanuts" was said at least twice and I immediately think of the PEAAANUUUUUTS cutaway every time
When you buy a block of cream cheese in the US, it doesn’t have sugar in it. You have to add sugar to it if you are going to be using it in a dessert. And it is used in a lot of desserts
Great selection girls! Ones that spring to mind are salt n shake crisps, nik naks, hula hoops, beans on toast, Viennese whirls, french fancies, lemon drizzle cake, angel cake, gingernuts and party rings. Ironically some of these aren't British but are classically adopted 😂 x
Truth be told a lot of us Scots drink Irn Bru as a hangover cure, that and scran a full Scottish breakfast. It's just the same as the English breakfast plus a bit of haggis, lorne (square) sausage, tattie (potato) scone and/or clootie dumpling. 😂❤🏴
I've been patiently waiting for a British snacks video and you all did not disappoint. The snack videos are some of my favorites and this one is so good. I really want a sausage roll and a crumpet!
Hi from Maryland! We have Crumpets in the US-we just call them English Muffins but they look exactly the same and come packaged the same way-we put butter and jelly on them or make a breakfast sandwich with them :) Great video!!!
A lot of people have said this but I promise you they are not the same thing! We have English Muffins in the UK too and yes they make for great breakfast sandwiches! You would never use a crumpet for a sandwich however it's a totally different texture and structure 💕
As a fellow sufferer from the plague since last week, this video was the perfect pick-me-up at the end of the weekend. I always thought that Irn Bru sounds like the most hardcore beer... but it's just a weird sugary liquid that tasted really disappointing the first time I had it. Greetings from Germany!
Iconic British drinks that should be in part 2: Lilt, Vimto, Tango, Dandelion & Burdock. For snacks: Nik Naks, quavers, wotsits, hula hoops. Condiments (pickle adjacent): chip shop curry sauce, piccalilly, hp sauce. Sweets: toffee crisp, lion bar, caramac, daim bar, Eccles cakes, Chelsea bun. Just a few ideas 😂
While certainly popular in desserts, US cream cheese is naturally savory and used in many savory recipes, snacks, dips, spreads, and noshes. This is one of your best tasting episodes.
Exactly, I think they probably got a bagel with 'cream cheese' and it was flavored with something sweet, tho we also have chive and other savory things we add to cream cheese at bagel shops. But I used to love to get a Salt bagel (loaded with chunky salt) with Maple Walnut cream cheese (So American) the sweet savory of it all was glorious. Tho I do prefer British chocolates to ours.
Cream cheese in the US, bought in stores on its own, is, by default, savory, but we do love to shove a sweet cream cheese in anything pastry or pastry adjacent.
I love the two of you and absolutely enjoy your content. Nova sometimes your hair and makeup is in a way that you look like a younger Madonna and I can't stop admiring your makeup skills and Olympia always hilarious and pretty as well. Thank you for the laughs.
What a wonderful video! First time I have laughed in over a week! We have some of that stuff in the international section of the local supermarket. Guess who is going to get tanged tomorrow?
Iron Brew is like they tried to make a fanta knock off but used just sugar and a tiny bit of fruit flavouring. Also Nova is 100% right about the marmite, was originally an ingredients for things like soups, gravies, stocks, stews etc. Or at least that what my Nan told me so if you disagree then well... you're basically insulting my dead Nan.
The package on my American cream cheese says 'less than one gram of sugar'. If anything, it tastes saltier than sweet. I'm not sure where you're getting your American cream cheese. The brand is Organic Valley. A quick search revealed that Philadelphia cream cheese also contained only one gram of sugar per serving.
Yes! The chalky sweets! I've eaten lots of it! I love those!! Finally! Cos I was getting sad I haven't heard of the other ... Delicatessens 😅 during my stay,
I'm a Scorpio too! I fucking love you two so much it's sickening. At 8:08 in the background if you listen closely, you'll hear what sounds almost exactly like the ever elusive creature known as "Char" performing it's mating call. Never heard Lymp make that noise before. I'd love to hear the 2 of them going at the same time. lol

I am the only person in my friend group who likes Parma Violets, so anyone who gets those mixed packs of Swizzels sweets saves their Parma Violets for me. But then it goes too far when they also buy me ramdom things like Parma Violet scented candles, and car air freshners. Then everything ends up smelling like my Nana Connie's perfume and I feel like she is going to come back from the grave and start getting mad at us all when we giggle at her for calling us all Leprechauns (she could never work out how to say the word Lesbian!)
I’m Australian, but my dad’s side of the family live in Scotland. Snacks that reminds me of the UK are Irn Bru, Angel Delight, any prawn cocktail crisps and Gregg’s sausage rolls
The crumpet is called an english muffin in the US . They are great with butter and peanut butter. It all melts into the hokes and is so melty goodness.
I do love the commitment to "all of these are tasteless shit" while still insisting that they're better than the fluffy, buttery goodness of American biscuits
I'm quite mortified there were no "pork markets!" or "what is the meat suit?" clips considering the presence of meat, but all the rest of cutaways have gone far up above, especially when the woman hits the wall and all you can hear is "PISS!". And Nova, please wear the Cheetos dress again in future videos, it's perfect (and glad to see the return of Lita the wrestler). Thank you for another hit video gerls!
We have Violets candy here. It’s so good. I have to order online though because they don’t sell them here in SC. Growing up in NY I was able to find them everywhere.
I'm in Australia, as I've said, but born in England and my grandad was a chef who lives here now too. He makes huge home made pork pies and that's how I was introduced to them. Not a huge fan but my dad loves em. I would like to try a pre made UK pork pie though.
Thank you for uploading videos despite the plague descending upon your house

I love this, it's so on brand. Eating your tea and filming it for a video, then forgetting to have enough memory and having to eat Tea Number Two.
Absolutely fantastic girls! ❤
My must adds would be...
Quavers, Twiglets, Wagon Wheels (with jam, I'm not a monster), OG Ribena, Choc Hobnobs, Tunnocks tea cakes, Double Decker, Scampi Fries, Giant Whotsits (far superior to the original ones imho), Fry's Turkish Delight, Terry's Chocolate Orange, Lilt, Lion Bars, Twirls, Curly Worleys... Fuck I'm bloody starving now - what's for tea?!? 😂
it hasn't been 48 hours since this came out and i've rewatched this like 7 or 8 times. love you gerls

Shhh 🤫 We can't let foreigners know they have the option to eat sugar free in the U.S 😅
