I watch all your stuff EPIC content 1000% dig you wish I could fix my bike and not the 25 mph Dumpster fire it is now HELP! i know that your the guy to build what I want cuz what I need help with the welding and the fab skills you got I know you da man.
I just put a vevor 48v 2000w motor on my mx350 Gotta solder everything tomorrow, I tested it and it worked but shut off when I moved it outside for a tire spin. Training mode was fine before I moved it. I'm assuming the solder and my xt90 connector wasn't in all the way It's 36v controller 24amp cont with 60amp burst 5 sec. On the original brushed it did 25mph😂 I just want to pop a wheelie now lol
@@PatOutdoors It does not :D Its for my litle kids too, so I'm gonna be hiding the speed selector and limiting it hard! It didn't cut out today! I plugged in the xt90 all the way. If anything I think the LVC(low voltage control) is kicking in with my lifepo4 battery and it thinks I'm 48v and not 36v. I'll respond back soon!
Hey I see you grabbed a mx500 to start a new build, I have a few recommendations if I may, 1.electro&co EC4P tagged with either the little bit or noisy cricket controller, both have app access except the noisy cricket has built in bluetooth and alot more powerful, the little bit comes with a dongle, both can change settings on the fly. 2. Beltsnshit sells a freewheel adapter along with the tool needed to take off your stock freewheel so you don't have to worry about welding. 3. Rideordie forks by far the best forks out there they feel amazing and solid 4.rideordie full brake kit, plug and play and wire is already proper legth for front and rear and comes with fluid already inside. All you have to do is install. Amazing customer service from them. 5.electro and co 72 rear sprocket and t8f chain. These are my recommendations and whqt I have on my bike , I hope you see fit. Anyways thanks for inspiring and helping me build my bike.
Thanks for the input! I’ve been looking at the Little bit controller for a while now.. but considering Sotion FW11? Do you have any experience with those?
The little bit has the same firmware and software as the noisy cricket so yes I have experience with that as far as the sotion no, but can I say I'm happy with my choices
The way I look at it is we all know electro and co and how big their support team is, in the long run I'd go with their stuff because I haven't had any issues with them and I know there willing to help out when I have questions. And must i say everything I brought from them the package is A1 like the best.
@@rainbow6replay733yo man i’m building my mx500 and i have the kelly controller and all from electro and co. but the battery imma use in mine is a surron 60v 34ah battery. and i wanted to know where would i get the battery connectors for it so i could make it work
I installed a Pit bike front brake and master cylinder (comes with a build in switch in the handle), then I wired it directly to the aftermarket tail lamp. You can find more details on it on this earlier video: ruclips.net/video/nhKxfcr3K1Y/видео.html
@@CamronByrne it is, it’s good long long rides since I my wrist can be more relaxed while gripped. But I’m likely switching back since I don’t do as many long rides with this bike anymore
I always love these types of videos where u renew your bike and breathe a new life into them. Keep it up man love the videos.
It's my way to cheat myself into thinking I have a new bike again, but really I'm just re-appreciating what I already have lol

Cool look Pat and yes it's very difficult to get a professional look good job done.
Thanks! I’ll try to get better with wrapping over time
Very clean 🧼😎❤️🔥👍
Hi pat I love your videos
Did you put thermal grease under your heat sync?
Yeah I was gonna say, it's not gonna do much with out some pads or grease or something. Thermal glue might be best but not removable later
Appreciate the reminder! Need to add thermal grease
Thumb throttle is crazy on a dirt bike
Idk if I’d call this a dirt bike really, more like an e-bike at this point lol. But I have twist throttles on my dirt bikes
where did you get the heat sink part for the motor
E-Conic cycles (link was in the description): econiccycles.com/products/motors-kunray-my1020-heatsink-w-thermal-grease

The MX350 does not need 2000W lmao
Do you have a voltmeter on the bike? This is why I like to run those, makes diagnosing much quicker!

What would be the issue if I wired 2 40V Batteries on a stock MX650? Currently have 2 DeWalt 20/60 FlexVolts and topping around 18 mph
Wires parallel? No issue (high capacity 40V), But wired in a series (80V), it would fry the controller very quickly.
@@PatOutdoors what about the motor? Would I only need to upgrade controller? Not going on long rides, just around neighborhood.
Og mini moto 💪 based my bike off v1 of this bike
Inspiring.
See what the headlight looks like mounted upsidedown. I think it'll look more flush and integrated that way.
Yeah I’m gonna reposition it a couple times, I’m also gonna be making a panel to cover the surroundings to clean it up
also love your vids

what’s a good affordable 72v battery i can get?
Contact Amorge, Econic Cycles, or Momentum Watts
Thumb throttle seems weird for wheelies and stuff

Where is the thermal paste??!!
😂 Already reminded, adding some tonight
Next up: EC4p!!

What's the top speed on this bike now
About 48 MPH flat ground (10x3.5” rear street tire and 14T front sprocket)
