Swimming is easy but sometimes people drown due to not having good Co2 tolerance and stamina. Not having stamina or Co2 tolerance can make ur body feel weak and u can't swim at one point and u might get drowned.

It's never gonna happen that you're completely out of oxygen...your lungs might not be 50% + full of air but there would be some air...just hold whatever amount left in your lungs...once you fall , 1st of all relax for 2-3secs like okay I dropped accidentally but I'll manage,I know what to do...then push the water down like Sir said in the video (2nd type)... your head will pop out then immediately fill up your lungs fully and hold it, your head will be just below the water surface from then...do the 1st method now, will take very less energy and you can do that for a long time... Try this in a pool where it's 5ft deep...Need to train your body and mind that your lungs are air bags... it'll be an instinct afterwards...just listening and watching this won't help in real situation, you are going to panic no matter what...🤙🏽

Sir how to survive if we fall in gangaji during rafting...because in rapid or waves there is very heavy flow in circular motion. Many people die when rafts flip during rapids even after life jackets
Without life jacket it's very different to survive in that flow... you'd need to be able to hold your breath for sometime cz again your lungs are air bags, it'll keep you afloat..but you need to spend alot of energy trying to maintain your position and keep your head above the water in order to see where you're going and where you need to go... Keeping your calm is the most important thing cz if you believe you can hold your breath for another 30 secs you will do it...

Yeh chize dhyan me rakh ke practice karo ekbr configuration samajh jaoge toh aramse kar loge khud ba khud...🤙🏽
It's depends on the stamna ..in fact there is an marathon race of swimming which is held in the ocean which starts from England channel.. swimmers swim there in almost hours.. of straight.

What if we don't have air in the lungs and we are at 15 feet depth. Do we have to use the same stroke by hand.
