I've owned one since last November 2021 and it sucks..... I'm always having issues with it and as far as a warranty goes it's a joke, it cost me every time to fix it. I just had the repair tech here this week to change a head that was bad still November, and left with it still being broken and will not call back. I wish I would have bought the Canon it was more but at this point, I've screwed myself 11 payments in zero money has been made..... All hear is how great this machine is, well I'm waiting to see it! Completely frustrated by the lack of concern for my product that is going out of warranty next month. I have made ZERO $ with this and it's out of warranty next month my ass hurts.
