Kaster was being a bitch, talking that bullshit in a diner full of football players and football fans, dumbass should have known better, but Reyes def went overboard
Jon Blankenship i try to like him cuz he had it rough but his attitude and his family too did not help. Buddy should’ve ask coach Taylor which he annoyed me as well
@@Tony-fq5bn I mean, I agree he was being an a** about it all, but the comment he made was so tame. Reyes just had all that amped up tension from what Voodoo said, otherwise that sub par dig at football players wouldnt have mattered.
And then after kicking Reyes off the team coach Taylor gave a sincere apology to Kaster and his mother and promised something like that would never happen again from any of his players.
“It’s just a stupid football game” is 1 of the biggest insults to say to a football player. Reyes was taking his anger out on Kaster though just because Voodoo dissed him. Should have fought Voodoo.
JTJ don’t nobody in high school know if they’re going pro. They’re hoping they go pro. High school football is more than just kids dreaming of going pro. People’s reasons for playing varies across the board. Chance to go to college, family tradition, activity after school that could keep you out of trouble, town pride etc. So it’s definitely more than a game. Guys who I played ball with who knew they weren’t playing in college treated football like it was more than a game. Football connects all walks of life, whether players want to go pro or not.
Yeah. Not that all people who say that deserve a beat down, but there are plenty of young athletes who take their sport very seriously because of how much it can help them from an economic stand point down the road if they can make it to the professional level.
Yeah IK Right he should have told the truth that Tatum called him a wetback because Kaster was a straight A student and had never been in a fight so therefore Mrs Taylor Told Coach Taylor to really look into the situation
This scene pissed me off so badly when I watched this seven years ago on Netflix. I get where Bobby was coming from but he didn't have to take out on Kaster. He should have fought Ray instead.
Hes an incredible athlete but he has that "I'm so good at this im a God" complex. He was a disrespectful player towards the coach and his teammates from the first day he got there. Talked down to everyone including the coaches. Basically just an egotistical pos.
he was one of them nerdy types who liked to shoot his mouth off also and forgot he was not physically tough to back it up. I mean, where did he get the pair of balls on him to say what he said around all of those meatheads?
ill be the one to say it, cant really say kaster didnt deserve what he got or was asking for it, saying “its just a stupid football game” to a wall of varsity players, most of who have dreams of making it past college to the pros, is something you dont say let alone in a public burger joint. He may be an A+ student but as far as intelligence outside of school goes not so much 🤷🏻♂️💯
Not to make this too hot button but it’s interesting to see a portrayal of racism from someone other then a white person for once.. I think some people forget anyone can be racist.. not just white people
Weak script writing. The writers have him stand up to the out of shape chubby kid but not the black racists boys. The punked out the only Hispanic kid on the team.
I think you may have missed the point. He wished he coulda stood up to the racist boys, but his teammates didn't let it play out. So with that anger still there, he took it out on the chubby kid when he saw an opportunity
But he didn't. He's not even the one who started the beef.😂 not only that he literally sucker punched him then continously beat him on the ground. THEN lied and claimed the other guy hit him first. So no, he didn't deserve a beat down. Ur bugging

Too soon
So true
@@PatrickJ12334not soon enough
Man I feel a Riggins vs Voodoo fight would have been epic.
Riggins all day.
Riggins woulda clocked him, but Voodoo woulda pulled out a shiv and shanked him.
Riggins would’ve dropped Voodoo like a hockey player
Riggs all day
Voodoo wants none of that
-Kaster was jealous of Matt when Matt didn’t want any of the attention to begin with
-Reyes is a punk picking on the weak

Taylor was willing to defend Reyes until he found out the boy lied to him. Then he got kicked off the team.
Thank goodness

I mean in the end it’s just a game unless you are serious about going pro.

Exactly
He's a violent unhinged loser
Could you upload the scene from this episode where Coach Taylor kicks Bobby off the team? I don’t know why, but it’s such a great scene.
Like the way Rigs is making a peace so Reyes and Voodoo won't brawl in this restaurant
when bobby becomes Heisenberg
This the best episode
Hope Kaster learned his lesson -
Running his mouth
Beating someone up over an opinion is a sign of being insecure and weak. If anything triggers you, then you're weak.
Voodoo- Food sucks here anyway.
Me- Not as much as your attitude does, that’s for sure.
What episode is this?
Season 1 EP 6
Damn I would say the same thing. It was just an opinion to a friend.
3 bullies in this scene.
Voodoo, Reyes, and Caster
Think Voodoo was more detached while Reyes and Caster have self-esteem issues
I never watched this show so idk exactly what is going on but what is voodoo's problem
