We didn't use any milk. But once you cook it you can add formula milk before serving or you can cook with cow milk if your baby is older than 1 year of age. Thanks for watching and the comment!

I would use our time tested traditional methods for this kind of issues. Apply EV olive oil over night and do Nalugu in the morning. Try to bring transformation from inside--try organic fruits and veggies. Try anti oxydant foods in plenty. Thanks!
