This has to be my fave battle! Cause they're not really battling each other. They're just a bunch of friends having fun dancing together. It didn't feel like a competition. It just looked like a party.

Love that they battle their boys, you can see how well they connect to one another. For the people who think Les Twins do the same moves, that because they are. Only there called signature moves. Just like a any rapper or singer artist, they have some type of noise or signature verse they sing out to let the people know it's them. So please, don't say no bullshit about them being weak, or lacking. At the end of the day you were still drawn to watch, and they've still made it and moving on to better things.

What i love about this is the total joy in celebrating their brotherhood/sisterhood in Criminalz Crew. It is not about who wins or loses this battle really, that part comes naturally, it is just about killing it as hard as they can, supporting and passionately loving each other's dance, feeling on top of the world and just showing it off. So much love on this set!
They all went so hard but we're still dancing together like a family and just having fun. That's what I love about them! They are definitely an entertaining group to watch.

The greatest thing about this battle is the level of respect. Definitely one of the greatest battles in history.
8:16 -8:20 Laurent even hits the really low bass beat that you can barely hear, listen close and watch his legs. If you didn't know and hear this beat yourself, by just watching his move and you instantly hear the beat you didn't even know was there. This is why people, including myself in the past has said it's like the music flows through Les Twins. It's because they hit these subtle beats you didn't even notice the first time listening/watching, you consciously didn't register the beat, but since your sub-conscious registers every input your ear gets you get the feeling like "wow, the music flows through them". They really helped me change the way I listen to music forever, it's amazing. Their musicality is the best there is, and I don't even dance, I just watch in amazement while improving my own listening "skills". :)
I'm going to tell you that Waydi, Majid, and Icee have better musicality, and you should check them out to really hear music.

Ive been seeing other battle vids with Les Twins and I have no idea why some people state they dont like them/their style. I think its one of the coolest and most explosive interesting styles out there

Nah Waydi will easily lose to Larry now, things were different back later, now Larry has incorporated flow and improvised his rhythm, control, moves and isolation, he is the god right now, most of you don't want to accept it but he's the #1 rn :) Really surprised how he manages to improvise himself every 2-3 years.
As for proof: watch his battle bad 2019 and fusion concept 2019 battles, And it might sound an exaggeration but his final battle in battle bad against laurent proves how much of a legendary master he is, like see his first round in battle bad finals, no one can even come up with those new movements and creativity like larry let alone execute it to the perfection.
Musicality was updated to perfection in larry's 2019 version.
Lets see whether Larry continues to be #1 in the future as well and whether would manage to improve himself in future too...

Les Twins did amazing, Larry killed that song at first! People here are just noticing their signature moves, he had some awesome technique at that battle, Laurent just went crazy epic haha, they ain't losing anything, they did great, and Waydi and Rochka do deserve that win, great battle overall!

Why is everyone saying the crowd is biased against the twins? The twins know the majority of the people within that circle (a lot of them are in their own crew or dance acquaintances). Rochka and Waydi were getting a lot of encouragement because they are much younger and somewhat the underdog of this battle. I didn't see any hate in this battle so stop making excuses for the twins.
Criminalz are the best but France in general has something in their Hip Hop dance which always amazes me

they are artistic. they don't just dance a dance style. They express their own movement as part of the music itself. French dancers are AMAZING! when it comes to musicality

This battle is defiitely a win-win for all... They are all incredible daners and their friendly environment created a great show for all the spectators.. it was a joy watching them on the net, imagine what it would've been live. LT losing one battle is not the end of the world, Waydi and Rochka deserved their recognition in this. Tho no one looked too sad or pissed, there was no need to.. In the end it's the Crminalz Crew family who won... Andd awww at Larry and Lau looking like proud fathers
Laurent killed this, you really need to watch his part a few times until it sinks in. Also Les Twins are picking less obvious beat patterns, you need to really listen to hear it.

Laurent didnt seem to know his tracks that well. larry killed his second round tho seriously. Im not making excuses im saying thats why the other team won, they def knew their tracks and they were just as good dancers
Nallah Brown Awesome battle, although it stopped feeling like one after the 6th
minute, it seems like they were all just having fun (makes sense since
they are from the same crew). Waydi and Rochka killed Les Twins on this
one, hands down. Some people might comment that Les Twins are allowing
others to grow or that they are not into battles anymore and that's why
they are not winning. Now, I have to say, I admire Les Twins dancing,
however, I think that as a team they have stepped down their level,
specifically Laurent. For whatever reasons: maybe they have other
priorities now, another focus, whatever it may be; bottom line is that
they are not on the same level they used to be.
I don't think they have changed their style but rather learned some
new moves, and in exchange stopped using some old ones. Observe their
battles older battles, around 2010-2012; they were something else. I
don't think the Les Twins from today could beat the Les Twins form those
years, and I don't think now Laurent could beat Larry. I believe even
Laurent realizes this himself: Compare the confidence on Laurent on this

Larry has improved a lot whereas Laurent haven't; disappointing to
me because Laurent is my favorite but now it looks like the only reason
they win battles is because of Larry. Whatever changes or new moves
Laurent is using now doesn't seem to favor him much, at least most of
the time. This improvement/change in their dancing is not just in

Bottom line, in my opinion, is that Les Twins (mostly Laurent but
since they are a team the performance of one affects both) are not as
good as they used to be, for whatever reasons: they are on tour
constantly, they are growing in other aspect of their carriers, they are
doing more workshops, they are so kind that they want others to win,
etc. If you sit down and compare their performance in battles, this
becomes very clear. Remember that being a fan or supporter of something
or someone doesn't mean that you cannot criticize or make this type of
observations or that you have to like everything you see.
The best for all of you and for this dancers, continue to enjoy
their talent and do not disregard your own.
