Great respect to the CSIA members from a PSIA-W member. I used to teach the reverse traverse on increasing slope pitch to show this position before and after the turn across the hill. Learned alot from your visits to our spring convention.
Your feet are only following the skis. If you were turning your feet, your tails would be sliding. You are carving that entire turn , very well, I might add.
Why are you pushing such static concepts on an active sport. The very suggestion of a ski tip lead immediately destroyed most people's sense of rotation and immediately put them in a defensive position that has never produced a decent turn. Have you every seen a skater doing circles with no crossover...that's what you get by leading an inside ski in this static world N
People like you that make comments like this just shows how out of touch you are with the instruction industry, ski technique acumen, how these things work on the internet and communicating concepts to others. While I (partially) know where you are coming from, it is going to be completely meaningless to just about everyone else that will read it.
@@JB91710 Judging by your channel, your video indicates you cannot show or tell. Bicycle and barstool. Too limited and inappropriate for most. It lacks nuance. You're a one trick pony.
@@JB91710 Looking at your comments the evidence is v v clear, you obviously attended a ski instructor course, many years ago, FAILED MISERABLY. Then ran off crying and turned the ski instructor industry into your enemy. Literally going round, trolling instructors who are skiing the exact same way you failed to do, so now, they’re your enemy as well. The only way out for you was to create your own WORLDS BEST SKI SYTEM (that no one has adopted), which is full of all the punter skiing/combat skiing/self taught issues you do perfectly, then add really unhelpful analogies, like sitting on a bar stool, riding a bike, pushing back! Hey, did you invent Bend zee knees? I saw your ski videos when they were up and they were hilarious. Please put them back up for everyone to enjoy 🤣🤣
Thank you very much, with your videos and especially this one, no matter how simple it looks, I look and feel differently on the track
