Well done! I would say Borderlands 2 (along with DLC) is the best game I've ever played. And despite its age, the 4K UHD texture update along with it's cell shading design, it actually looks great! I also agree that Rise Of The Tomb Raider is the best of that series (though I think Shadow is the best looking game I've ever played). I keep hearing how great RDR2 is but man, I refuse to play 30 fps games. They need to get it to 60 fps.
Great list! I'd probably have put in Psychonauts 2 there but you can't put every game in there so gotta draw the line somewhere. But a lot of the games that you mentioned are games that I've greatly enjoyed in the past.

I’ve played through several of these, and have at least dabbled for a couple hours with all of them except Age of Empires or whatever. I’ve tried to get into the Bethesda games, and besides Fallout 3 & 4, I could never hand more than 15 or so hours. Having said that, I’d have Forza Horizon 3, Street Fighter IV, Dark Souls & Elden Ring in the top 10, Ninja Gaiden II (360) as the #1.

I have a few thoughts. Not having Hogwarts Legacy in the top 25 when it became the first non COD/non Rockstar game to sell the most games in the last 20 years makes my blood boil. FH5 is too low and Cyberpunk is way too high. Also you could probably just replace Cyberpunk with Hogwarts Legacy. Also AC Odyssey, Oblivion, DayZ, and Microsoft Flight Simulator are all objectively better than Pentinment.
Doesn’t matter how many copies Hogwarts Legacy sold, it’s about how GOOD the game is. Hogwarts Legacy has: A bloated and near pointless loot system. Repetitive map marker style open world Terrible shallow side activities (most of them are incredibly boring if you think about what you’re actually doing, they’re busywork). Repetitive combat, it’s way too easy to just spam the same few attacks over and over again to kill everything. Limited enemy variety. Boring story (while a few of the characters were cool, the main storyline was dull and well below the standards of Harry Potter media. Almost zero choice and consequence, the cool things about Harry Potter like the houses, good and evil etc are all basically simple and scripted. Huge missed opportunity especially with so many dialogue options. That’s just a tiny sample of its flaws. None of those games you listed is objectively better than Pentiment either. Pentiment is a work of art. None of the others are even close on that front. Flight Simulator is barely even a game let alone a work of art.
