There is a clip of Shiv somewhere missing like 90% of his rampage hipfire shots. Gun just doesn't have great hipfire. Chances are you will hit some shots though because of the large mag and those shots hit hard.

P2020 with hammer point is like a softer hitting wingman that shoots way faster
