Documentation of these unfolding events are very important! Camera is one of tools used for such documentations of such events. We will need them for future reference.

I rally behind you Eric Omondi. The Disaster Management Response in this country is wanting. I am extremely disappointed with the Kenyan leadership.... KENYANS FOR KENYANS.
I had misunderstood for a long time just thinking he is all about comedy. Today, I have added some respect to his name & what he has taken upon himself to undertake. Kenyans really need to wake UP & fight for our country from the political class. It's us against them all! We have a dysfunctional country & and so-called leaders.

Every government fails us but we have among us those who just love them for the language they speak.
A politician dies a and all leaders will flooding Lee funeral just to view the corpse but other Kenyans facing death and suffering are handed negligence and disappointments.
We have government agencies who should be ready and know what to do (expats in floods). But we seem to prefer emergencies and crises, and we wonder why. Follow the money being spent and how it has been spent on the current crisis, and you may get an answer, why we never prepare for emergencies 😰

We saw Larry Madowo live on CNN news at Mahi mahiu doing live news on the tragedy..and even videos of people struggling to look for the bodies in mud, struggling to pull heavy unmovable logs without any success simply bcs they were on their own without any equipments, machines or any government support untill latter after 16hrs-26hrs is when the gvment released NYS n Army to assist.
Btw government could have mobilized the officers to this flooded places to stop people from getting to water and even rescue those stranded
