Great reaction. Glad you did a darts video. Dont worry too much about the maths as you will pick it up if you watch more. Please rwact to more darts videos as its insane how accurate they are. Littler has got so many more people watching and its only getting better.
You need to finish on a double (the outer area of each number) which includes central bull (red bull). Outer bull is 25, central bull is double 25...50.
Round the board is a great game, Its very good to learn, Start with number 1 and hit the single, the double. the treble, then move on to number 2 up to 20 "double top" When you have completed the treble 20, hit semi bull then hit the bullseye to finish.
Glad you enjoyed it Jay. This young guy Luke Littler has got a lot better since the world championships. He's now top of the Premier League. Luke Littler is the kind of precocious young talent that only happens every 20-30 years. All aboard the Luke train.
I can't do the math quick enough either. But that's why we have the caller. 😜 I'm not sure if it's further confusing you because you don't count up. The scores start at 501 and it's the first to zero, so it's deduction, not addition.
There are a few terms you might need to know; A “nine darter” or ‘nine dart finish” is when someone scores their 501 with only 9 darts, the minimum possible. Pretty rare. A “Big Fish” is when you finish from 170 - triple-20, triple-20, bull. An “Alan Evans shot” is when you finish from 150 with 3 bullseyes. Alan Evans (1949-1999) reputedly did this 8 times in one tour of Scotland. “Tops” is double-20.
The scary thing is luke littler has already won 4 tournaments in only 5 or 6 month's as a full professional. He is already ranked 25 in the world. And hit a 9 dart finish in his second tournament as a pro and then went on to win it. Such a amazing talent and is playing in the Premier league where I think he has got a spot in the finals night. Plus in this video 3 of the players he beat to get to the final where former World champions themselves. Only thing I'm hoping doesn't happen is burn out through playing in so many tournaments. But it looks like he is going to take some time out to recharge himself. It looks like his management team is doing right by luke and looking after such a brilliant talent 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Jay you don't need to throw two darts in a double to win one dart should do it,last weekend luke won the Austrian open part of his prize was a dark green blazer it was 3 sizes to big for him & aged him another 20years lol.
DUDE believe me you need ZERO MATHS to enjoy the arrows, I know nothing bout maths but could tell you the best way to zero from any number from 2 to 180 in 1 second
To realise how good that kid actually is get a dart board and give it a go. Darts will take over america very soon. The atmosphere, the excitement it's brilliant
Love how your knowledge of fhe game develops as you watch, great reaction video. Consider me a new subscriber! Rejoice in the beauty abd simplicity of a bit of sport!
The "averages" they're talking about, are the "average scores" they're getting with 3 darts. Most of the best darts players average around 95 to 100 points with 3 darts. So if you average over 100 points over the course of a leg, set, match or tournament, like Luke Littler does a lot, then you're excellent player. It basically means that you've hit a lot of 140s and 180s and haven't missed many doubles to win the leg/set/match/tournament.
Do not feel silly about the math... It's hard to understand if you don't play. No dart player is good at math. We just memorise the the last 3 darts for ever score.

One dart to hit the double not two darts that needs editing out jay.once you add the 3 darts total then you've gotvto subtract from the 501.
Luke the nuke is doing really well top of the premier league winning events..he is so calm..and 17.

They practice for hours, so when they are down to a finish, they just know which way to go automatically. 😎

Bro you don't need to do quick math. Most fans be watching darts for 2 decades and don't do the math. It tells you the math on the screen.
not points just score eg 180 not 180 points
It's treble not trriple .Also....mathS
its triple OR treble, you can say both, both are absolutely correct!
