Today marks the 46 years anniversary of Elvis Presley’s passing I dedicate this video to Elvis. I’m visiting different locations where Elvis lived in Los Angeles. His favorite places to hang out and his huge mansion on Hillcrest. I am stepping in Elvis Presley’s footsteps. I also wanna remember his daughter, Lisa Marie Presley. I matched up some pictures of her as well.
HOLA MIKE THE GIV YOU ARE THE STARR.
WITHIN A VERY ANCIENT COSMIC SPIRITUAL
JOURNEY.... each moment is very precious.
LOVE YOUR ARTISTIC CREATIVE ENERGY
GRACIAS
DRIVE SAFE GIV MIKE
ELVIS WAS LIGHT YEARS AHEAD OF HIS TIME
HE WAS A FANTASTIC ARTIST..
I was 8 years old, my mom loved Elvis. I remember being at home and my mom crying when she heard he died...
Thank you for this. I love Elvis. I saw him at Graceland. But I was young and when he picked me up I started crying. And my mom took a picture. 😮 Now I understand. And I love his music. So thank you. I live not far from Graceland. Let me know when your coming back. Would like to meet you. Thank you. Elvis forever.
I was fortunate enough to see Elvis live in Las Vegas... thanks
Just amazing seeing all of this presented by the GIV. The restaurant, hotels, Elvis Presley's home in Beverly Hills, all frozen in time, 1950's! This video is as if we were taken back in a time machine with the GIV as captain. A great video indeed! 😎
Its sad. My dad was born the same year as Elvis, and hes still with us. A bit of arthritis but no cognitive decline. Wish Elvis had made it.
Beautiful! Elvis forever. Thankil❤❤❤❤❤🙏🏻🙏🏻😊
It's so true of Elvis Presley, he was extremely generous, some say to a fault, however, it made him that much more endearing to others! Some great stories the GIV is telling, truly a first for me!
Yay Mike!! I love elvis & the formosa
Thank you for sharing happy birthday Elvis
🎉R.I.P. Elvis as always thank you for the video 🎉..G I.V. 🎉....JJ.. Jonjon...😊😊
The 'Elvis Black Star' is the only one on the Hollywood Walk of Fame - only GIV would know that! I learn something from every one of your excellent videos, Mike. Thanks!
Yes that was very interesting
Yeah I have never of known this fact I wonder why this is so
Elvis Forever ❤❤❤❤❤
I remember the exact moment, 46 years ago when I turned on the radio 📻 in Ireland 🇮🇪 and heard Elvis had left the building, there was just a sense of disbelief
You always put a smile on my face.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Thank you once again Mike(GIV) 🎊 🎊 🙌🏾 🎊 🎊
You make a bitter day a little bit better Mike! God bless you!

Hello Mike beautiful memory you made for the legendary Elvis Presley ❤️❤️❤️❤️and R.I.P Lisa Marie with dad 💔❤️
Thanks awesome video
Thank you for an incredible video
Elvis fan forever ❤️
I’m 55 too and remember sitting home and watching his funeral with my Mother. Have always been an Elvis fan 😢🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪
He was beautiful. My friends were older than me and big Elvis fans. I became a fan later. I loved the Stones and Beatles. My friends were crying.
I remember that day as well i was in Ontario Canada working in the Tabacco fields
Thank you for being awesome on RUclips! Love the GIV!!!!🤟🏼
I was born 14th September 1977. Elvis Presley died almost a month earlier unfortunately :(
I was introduced to Elvis Presley when I was a little kid and listened to a couple of Elvis' singles at a friend's home.
I listened to singles like: "Jailhouse Rock", "It's Now Or Never", "Heartbreak Hotel", etc.
From then on, I was hooked to everything concerning Elvis Presley :)
Elvis is STILL in-the-house.....
This was great! Thank you so much.
I was in Jr. High when Elvis came on the scene... we fell in love with that young man right away. Been to Graceland once... my daughter Char lived in Memphis for years.... I still feel the loss ... Elvis was a large part of my life.... for many, many years. Thank you, Mike, for sharing with us. He was and is the King. Will never be another like him.❤
Incredible tour and 👍🏻💪🏻✌🏻👋🏻informative video Mike
Hi Mike!! Thanks for sharing this video brought back memories of when I was a teenager how smidgen I was by Elvis I was so in love with his blue eyes, black hair and his moves!😍😍😍 It made me feel like a young chickadee again and my emotions all came back, I still have love in my heart for him and I always will!!♥️ Great video Mike keep them coming and keep up the great work and please tell your beautiful young hearted Mom that I said hello!! TSCHUESSING!!🤍🤍🤍
I was 13 and remember my next door neighbor screaming 😱 and crying and she had tickets in her hand to the Portland show that was less than a week away. Memories that stay forever 👍🏻💪🏻✌🏻👋🏻
That was gut-wrenching. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks GIV. I'm 57. I remember watching cartoons, when a special report came on. It was the death of Elvis. Peace, from Florida.
I saw that video GIV great as always! No I didn't know about the only Black star interesting! Wow John Wayne! You always have these interesting thing's in your videos! Love it GIV! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I loooooooove Elvis 💕✨ I was 22 days old when he left this earth. I’ve never been to Graceland but I plan on going someday. Next time I go back to Germany I wanna stay at that hotel you stayed at with your mom and see the statue of him on the bridge. ✨
I was 13. I was at my neighbors house when it came over the TV as a special report. All three channels had it on. We were all shocked and sad.
Your heartfelt honesty comes through Mike, stay as you are & your vids will continue to draw people in ... Thank You⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
People like you and us love these match-up location visits because it's the closest we will come to time travel. Thanks for GiV'ng !!! If Elvis was alive, I think he would be a subscriber.😉
What a fun vlog. I loved all the match-ups! Thank you so much for your hard work! I too became an Elvis fan from my mother. Hearing him everyday in our household, he grew on me. I have not been to Graceland yet, but want to go soon! And the Formosa in LA will definitely be a stop for me, next time I'm in town.
We miss you tonight! Thankyou for coming on here!!
I like the Elvis and Marilyn too. They were really attractive.
Great trivia about the Elvis star!
I got the stickers! Thanks GIV!

Thanks for a new delightful video about Elvis! I am glad that Formosa restaurant still exists, because I wish also another classic Hollywood restaurant still existed, one that was called "La Scala" , have you heard about it? It was so famous back in the Golden days... my mother has a youth friend who was the chef there, and she invited him to her home (he was from the same city we are in Spain), to have lunch, so I was lucky enough to meet him and talk with him about all the celebrites he made food for, specially Marilyn Monroe, Liz Taylor and JFK. He said to me he prepared Marilyn's last supper before the night she died. I asked him if it was true that some celebrities asked for their favourite food to be delivered by plane from LA to London, and he told it was completely true. He prepared that pasta Liz liked so much. He also said Frank Sinatra was quite a nasty man and that Paul Newman liked to eat at a table they had inside the kitchen, and some other like Robert Wagner as well, instead of eating in the dinning area. I would ask you to please film that restaurant if it still existed, but, don't worry, it dissapeared long time ago.
I am also glad that Elvis house at LA was looks the same, I think that is were the Beatles went to visit him.
Thank you for sharing very long time ago he is now in peace 🕊️
💡👍Brilliant !!
thank you for the tour interesting ,ive never seen those places
Wow. Just wow. Love this tribute video. Well done GIV!!!!
There’s a song called Black Star that wasn’t used in the movie Flaming Star. Thankful I saw Elvis in concert 3 times. Thanks GIV. Heartfelt video. Love Elvis. RIP.
Yup. It was the original title of the film. They changed that to Flaming Star, thus the title song changed with it.
I think i have the first recordings of black star on an album called Elvis, a boy from Tupelo. But i'm not sure.
Thanks GIV for the Fantastic Elvis trip down memory lane. I can still remember in 1977 when I was getting a haircut and the news that Elvis had passed came on the television. ELVIS was the King. 🌟 🌟 🌟
Would really like to see n be in that restaurant
What was also a famous hangout for the stars like The Formosa was Schwabs Pharmacy (we just called it Schwabs drugstore). It was located at 8024 Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, just a few blocks east of Whiskey a Go Go. It opened in 1932, and closed in 1983. I hung out there in the mid to late '60's, and got to meed many of the stars of the '50's and '60's. I actually became good friends with Dom DeLuise , Buddy Hackett, Michael J. Pollard (who played C.W. Moss in the 1967 movie Bonnie and Clyde), and others like Sidney Poitier. I was a 21 year old up and comer. Did a lot of extra work for TV shows like The Fugitive, and Combat. Did extra work in the movie Von Ryan's Express with Frank Sinatra, and other movies. Those were the days, my friends! Cheers! :)
I love how you match up the pictures. Great video!
Great info and pictures of Elvis. Love your matchup pictures. That is hard work and dedication. Great job.

GIV your videos are so Hollywood educational. Just love it. Miss ya Lisa
I love Hollywood and California! And I love Germany!
Mike is teaching me so much about both places!
Today, he earned a SUB from Mini Manson, and I am promoting his channel to my fans! 💙🤍💙
No, but maybe you could fit into some of his late era white jumpsuits...maybe ;)
Thank you for celebrating a legend who will never be forgotten👑
I also remember this sad day....I still miss him! He really was a king just like MJ👑
Beautiful tribute to the king. Thanks GIV. Now you need to go to Las Vegas ✌️
Thank you for taking us with you on your Elvis walk... Love your videos...🤩🤩🤩
My Mom is a big Elvis fan. She played his music when I was a kid during the 80's. I have kids of my own now and I play Elvis in my house. My youngest is 9 and she loves the song Suspicious Minds.

Hi Mike, I love Elvis too! I really enjoyed this video! Great job, well done! Grace from Canada
Very knowledgeable and informative video. Great job. Enjoyed the match up pictures to the house.
Love your matching pictures , the LA tourism dept. should put you on payroll bc you do more to promote LA to normies and regular ppl than a lot of government entities.
Well done GIV.
The Formosa really looks a very nice place to go , I love these type of places rich in Hollywood history and not full of annoying people, looks intimate and classy , definitively a place to go in LA.
thank you Mike for this video it was a nice tribute for Elvis, the info I did not know, thank you for sharing the pictures. when I make a trip to LA I will definitely want to eat at Formosa Cafe. watching from Canada.

Right on, GIV! Yes, ELVIS anniversary. I was a little over 10 and I remember it pretty well. We'll never have another one like him. I liked your video that you did some time ago where you went to his former place in Beverly Hills and matched up some photos.
Awesome GIV, thank you...
Matching up all the pictures of where he was is way cool! Elvis might of laugh at your bike! then maybe gave you his! Seeing the pictures is like his song Memories! Memories pressed In between the pages of my mind! At the end that's all we will have sad! Enjoy life people!
