This is a MyRepetiteur MIDI video of a number from Don Giovanni. There are about fifty such videos from the piano vocal score.
These videos are intended to help singers learn the music. They are not intended to be performances of the music.
The MyRepetiteur web site will contain all these videos when it launches in mid 2011. It will also contain downloadable files in many formats including MIDI and ENF(Finale and Sibelius). There will also be tools for learning the lyrics. Some numbers will have Karaoke versions.

I set all of the tempi based on recorded examples. If you download the ENF file you can change the tempi as you wish. For a few numbers thare are also transposed versions. These are the "Low and Slow" versions. When they are mastered they may be taken up in pitch and tempo.
These first videos on RUclips are all full versions - all parts are played. All numbers have at least one other "Music Minus One" version where the vocal line is missing. For ensembles there are multiple MMO versions. For example there are seven versions of the sextet.
This is not a performance of Mozart but rather a study aid for singers of Mozart. The vocal lines are sung by different instruments for clarity. Generally the Don is assigned to a trombone, Leporello to a tuba, Masetto to a trombone, and Octavio to a trumpet. The women are usually assigned to flutes or saxophones.
There are certain technical and legal limitations. The English translation in the published score is copyrighted so it isn't shown. The music itself is public domain. It is easy with these tools to add any translation in any language. The software used doesn't support appogiaturas properly, These have been rendered as their equivalents using regular notes. That means it sounds right - but doesn't look quite right.
