Best option. UPSC should conduct the competitive exams in Karnataka. Even Maharashtra and Kerala public service commission are far better than KPSC. For 3 to 4 years Please handover the all KPSC authority to UPSC is the way forward. These years should be probationary period for KPSC.Then and then only KPSC can learn something new ,innovative and transform itself.
