Not as bad as people say it is at all
Yes it is 😂
It’s worse. The ending ruined both movies.
@@SupportGamin2025 It's subjective just like every movie and show are so you're both right .👍
Should’ve left the first film alone if Todd didn’t want to do a “sequel”
Art Should Comfort the Disturbed and Disturb the Comfortable -Cesar A. Cruz
I mean it was a musical so it wasn’t what people were expecting but i liked it personally
Me too. Maybe cause it hits home to me and my own mental-health struggles, personally. I definitely don't think it's a bad movie. Maybe people will realise in years to come.
This movie definitely wasn’t as bad as people made it out to be
It was kind of bad though. Because of the scripts. Terrible ending. The writers, including terrible Todd Phillips, did my boy Arthur Fleck dirty throughout the film. He will always be the real Joker 🃏
@@traydaniel0403they should’ve just had him turn into “the joker”instead of doing what they did. Gotham did the same thing along with the three jokers comic and I’m tired of that bs. He should be one person instead of them making him ghost face from scream.
eh compared to the first... definitely
I see the ending in a completely different way tbh, I hate calling that character the “real joker” because I don’t think he was meant to signify that at all, he isn’t exactly a character of his own, but the symbolic presence of Arthur’s shadow, of the people that he brings to his joker psychosis together with him, part of his folie à deux. In the end it’s not the real joker coming in and killing Arthur, it’s the joker’s actions coming in to stab him in the back (or in this case on the front), the madness unfortunately overcoming the man. The movie really isn’t meant to lead to a Batman and joker or anything like that, it’s a original story that doesn’t have the objective of connecting at all to that
I enjoyed it…wasn’t that bad at all. Performances beautifully shot
I think it's a very human take on the character of Arthur Fleck. It makes sense, at least to me, that this is the outcome. We see since the first movie that Arthur is what many would label as a "loser". He's not confident, not very smart, not funny, alone, living with his mother etc. He didn't create or become the Joker. Murray created it. He called him a joker, as in a jester, and he put on the makeup and put on a show. We see small moments like these in the first movie. Two I can think of, is when Arthur kills Murray and then goes to the camera saying "that's life" and it seems that he's crying. The second is right before he puts on the blood smile. The look of resignation on his face, he knows he went too far, but there's no going back.
Arthur is such a tragic and sad character. Always alone, putting on the makeup to be the jester of Gotham, having to stand up to such standards constantly, people asking him to tell a joke for instance, and then being completely abandoned by everyone the moment he stops being their toy. He wanted to be loved for the person he was and that never, ever happened.
Movie of the year
Joker 2 is amazing. Its a Elseworld and its great.
Absolute cinema.
I disagree with you. The only Joker movie that’s amazing and absolute cinema are The Dark Knight (2008) and Joker (2019)
@dr.Arkham77 No it’s not! The first Joker (2019) is amazing and absolute cinema.
“Joker 2” is terrible, too much lazy writing, and it’s God-Awful
💥 The JOKE Was On ARTHUR After The Joker SPIRIT Possessed Him Only To Set Him Up For Failure ... Got Him Killed & Then Passed On To The Next Victim
Fuck the haters, I don't care what anybody say I love this movie
Well I don’t! F*** you for saying that! I love the first Joker film way better than that God-Awful, lazy writing, disturbed, terrible ending, so called “Sequel”. It never should have been made. Terrible Todd Phillips could have just said no, but instead he decided to do this as a middle finger to his fans who loved the first film just because they maded lot of money and to $200 million
Me too
I enjoyed the movie and liked most of the musical moments.
That's the same face I made after I finished watching it bruh! 🤣🤣🤣
You see in the graphic novel Joker vs the People Arthur fleck is actually being mistaken as the criminal known as joker making him think he is the real joker but turns out the real one had a plan all along to get him and make him pay for pretending to be him so yes the Real Joker killed the Fake one unfortunately the one who killed fleck is merely more of Jokers Disciples
Arthur comedian career introduced the idea of Joker that inspired the psychopath which led up to the birth of the real Joker
Brendan Gleeson's character was as two-faced as two-face.
Arthur was a tortured child.
you reaction so fast, we wanna watching you to react the scene that arthur sing in prison
so homie got killed by the real joker in the end
the sequel was a failure because it did "not" include batman.
In the words of Deadpool, “God, that’s just lazy writing!”
It's kinda implied that Arthur got raped by the guards
That was completely unnecessary. Why did they added that on the screen?
@traydaniel0403 Because, like you said, it was unnecessary, it was not needed. But they wanted to shut Arthur up for good and proper. They wanted to truly break him. Strip off his confidence and will.
@@martynking1613And it was very hard to watch too. Especially that ending. Should’ve left the first film alone as a standalone film
@traydaniel0403 I think the first film can work as a standalone if you want that. But I think having this movie and this story just adds to the weight of it all. I feel so sorry for Arthur, man.
I mean, this scene means a lot to me personally as well. So when I first watched this scene, I cried. As I could feel his pain. But I feel like this film, scene and story of Arthur is needed now in our lives and societies more than ever. As this isn't just a movie, I feel like these movies are very reflective of the negative sides of human nature, our society and how we conduct ourselves towards one another. Basically I think we just need to really really show patience and compassion towards one another more so and actually listen to a person's needs and respect their opinions and wants moreso rather than you calling shots for them.
And that’s why those lazy writers (especially that Terrible Todd Philips and his God-Awful a-bit-too-much nudity for the Hangover films) should have left the first Joker 🃏 film alone, because they did Arthur Fleck (Joaquin Phoenix) too dirty in this God-Awful sequel. I don’t hate it because it’s a musical. I understand why it’s a musical, because Arthur and Lee Quintel were singing and dancing in their heads. Joaquin has an amazing singing voice. The voice time I heard him sing was when he played the legendary country singer Johnny Cash (Walk The Line). But still it’s NOT why I hate it.
These are the reason why I hate that film so much:
1.) It’s because of the scripts and story
2.) The writers did Arthur Fleck dirty by letting him get hurt and raped by the security guards
3.) Make Lee Quintel (Lady Gaga) broke up with Arthur just because he said “There was NO Joker”, and that he was a lonely man who wanted to be nice & kind to others
4.) Make Arthur regret being the Joker
5.) Let an unnamed prisoner who was secretly watching Arthur and then psychopathally kill Arthur by stabbing him a million times through the stomach and let him bleed to death while carving his own smile in the background before Arthur was going to meet a visitor that we never saw who it was. It could’ve been either Lee Quintel
They definitely should have leave the first film alone. I prefer the first film way better than that God-Awful & Disturbed sequel. Hope it doesn’t get nominated at the Golden Globes, SAG Awards, Critics Choice Awards nor Oscars (even though Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix Bob did a fantastic job. It wasn’t even their fault.)
Joker (2019) Joaquin Phoenix will always be the best Joker film of all times, after Jared Leto and the late Heath Ledger (The Dark Knight)
I’d rather cast Joaquin and Gaga as different verison of Joker and Harley Quinn in Matt Reeves’ Batman with Robert Pattison’s Batman, Zoe Kravitz’s Catwoman, Paul Dano’s The Ridder, Andy Serkis’s Alfred Pennyworth, and Colin Ferrell’s Penguin.
I really hope that this Godforsaken sequel has an assload of dislikes 👎🏽 because that ending was God-Awful.
I remember watching this with my co-worker thinking that it might be a good film, but Lord, was I wrong. I’m kind of glad those people behind us ruined the movie for me by leaving the lights for about 3 mins and talking on a phone silence for a minute, because I lost interested watching that God-Awful & disturbing sequel again. They shouldn’t have made it in the first. There, I admit it. Should’ve leave the first film alone. The first film had a perfect ending, and they just had to do a sequel of it.
I’d rather cast Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga as different versions of Joker and Harley Quinn in Matt Reeves’ Batman with Robert Pattinson’s Batman, Zoe Kravitz’s Catwoman, Paul Dano’s The Ridder, Andy Serkis’s Alfred Pennyworth, and Colin Ferrell’s Penguin.
I also really hope Margot Robbie comes back as Harley Quinn in the James Gunn’s DCU in the future soon, and at least let Jared Leto play a different version of Joker 🃏 too. That’s what I’d rather watch!
Also, I’m really glad that Bradley Cooper didn’t come back to produce the God-Awful & disturbed 😳 sequel, because that s**t was awful, sad, depressed, nasty, and disturbed like the ending. The first one was wild enough.
You want to know what I really wish? I wish that Matt Reeves could cast Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga as different, alternate versions of Joker and Harley Quinn in his own DCU universe with Robert Pattinson’s Batman, Zoe Kravitz’s Catwoman, Paul Dano’s The Riddler, Andy Serkis’s Alfred, and Colin Ferrell’s Penguin.
That movie still sucks! Should’ve left the first Joker film alone! Why did you even react to it? It was terrible! No not the music! It’s the scripts 👎🏽
I think we get that you don’t like it
Boo hoo you child
Let’s be honest tho everybody came for the joker and loves the joker nobody gives a fuck about Arthur fleck the man
Movie is horrible
Your not alone with that opinion but I loved this movie
@@zackthestrongest5683I love the first film way better than that lazy writing, disturbed, terrible ending, so called “Sequel”. I’m gonna try to pretend that it never existed
How in the hell did it managed to achieve a $201.6 million in the box office despite how bad it was?

Why are some people, including you, reacting to that God-Awful, lazy writing, disturbed, terrible ending, so called “Joker 2”? It wasn’t even that good! They should’ve left the first film stayed a single!
Dude we all get it already. You complain about how no one wanted this sequel as if everyone's wanting to hear more of your repeated rants. News flash, people can judge by themselves.
You want to know what I really wish? You dont have a co worker because no one would ever employ you.
I really wish that you’d never reacted to that God-Awful, disturbed, lazy writing, terrible ending, so called “sequel”. I’m gonna try to pretend that it never existed 👎🏽
Oh my GOD dude we get it, SHUT UP ALREADY!!!
