I got a feeling among all other korean show, bts will appear here because both MC never disrespect bts before n the way this show gave idol large amount of meal not because they want to gain viewers, its more to they want to feed the idol so well. The MC who’s the Main Chef are the kindest person, i’ve watch her on one of kbs cooking show, she said she love when people enjoy a food tht she cook n she even has tear on her eye when she said it. Through her word we know she’s sincere n love cooking so much
at this point, idols will be inspired and motivated to have a comeback not to win first place, but to guest here instead. 😂 can’t blame them though, some of them go through really hardcore diet preparations when they’re gearing up for their comeback. i really wish for this channel to succeed and last forever. 🙏🙆🏻♀️
I'm happy this kind of show exist because Idols always worried about going diet, in the end this show doesn't show Idols need to diet and they can eat freely as they want, I seriously love this show so much and for making our idols happy
If the production company is a good one. They know the right diet is better then starving their idols. About 2 weeks before promotion they are put on chicken breast rice and a veg. By the time they get to this show they are wanting anything that is not chicken breast. By the last week of promotion they ease up on the diet restriction. You will drop weight eating 5 to 6 times a day.

The MC who’s the Main Chef are the kindest person, i’ve watch her on one of kbs cooking show, she said she love when people enjoy a food tht she cook n she even has tear on her eye when she said it. Through her word we know she’s sincere n love cooking so much

I'm happy this kind of show exist because Idols always worried about going diet, in the end this show doesn't show Idols need to diet and they can eat freely as they want, I seriously love this show so much and for making our idols happy
If the production company is a good one. They know the right diet is better then starving their idols. About 2 weeks before promotion they are put on chicken breast rice and a veg. By the time they get to this show they are wanting anything that is not chicken breast. By the last week of promotion they ease up on the diet restriction. You will drop weight eating 5 to 6 times a day.
