The way he and the members of D12 perfectly nailed the Hit em Up portion is incredible. It showed that not just Eminem but everyone had studied the history of hip hop to be able to write and recreate one of the most iconic songs in the genres history.

Em showed up out of nowhere, dissed a whole sub genre of music which led to it's end, his fans, critics and everyone else. Idk if people remember this anymore but when the ringer dropped no one wanted smoke with em lmao 😂😂

When an artist (or anyone else) says “your record went wood” it means it didn’t really sell. For example you release a new album and it only sold 10-15k units, your record went wood! Side Note: If you’re an independent artist doing everything yourself 15k is not that bad but if you’re signed to a major label? That number is considered a flop!

For real. Knox is true student and becoming master of this art. Amazing to watch his intellect and growth in every reaction and his Harry Mack OB series is too good. The fact he gets collabs with big names and holds his own is testament to his professionalism. Knox is king of reactors, no offense NLS, but for bars, Knox is the man.

rewatching this cause i've been into em disses again these days and this will always remain a favourite. hell everlast even talked about hailie on whitey's revenge twice with lines about how he'd check in on hailie and then later on the song said "Better run and check your kid for your DNA" which is crazy when you think about it. i'm glad everlast stated that he regretted doing that though
