- Welcome to Hopalong Hollow where I grow country gardens, tend my animal friends from Peacocks and Geese to Donkeys and sheep; I will share tips on collecting antiques and designing Early American and English Cottage styled rooms.
I will share history and vintage cooking, reading from old books and crafting very unique items.
Gardens are my hobby but my profession is that of full time artist; my work includes lushly illustrated books, Scherenschnitte and Fiber Sculpture.
This video walks you through an illustration with MY lovely model, Fionna, my Chinese goose. She has a lovely face and profile and plays a role in my book " Mamsey Bear and Mopkin", released in 2013. When I was a child I had a Chinese goose that I loved very much.
He would climb into my lap to get his daily belly rubs and cuddles.

I wish I could tell you, this is an old video and I should have given credit to the musician. I had purchased SO many renditions of Sh'beg Sh'more on AMazon, that I can't remember.
