I played A (barre chord with the root on the 5th string), B, D and A (barre chord with the root on the 6th string) twice from 0:02 to 0:16. Next I played E, B, D and A/A7 from 0:17 to 1:42 (Mark G. appears to play G instead of A7). For the rest of the tune, I played E, B, D and A on different frets. I hope this will help.
