They don't play anything from Swan Songs in general, besides Undead. Could be equal parts personal choice and legal restriction, since I believe Deuce owns the rights to that album
i'm pretty sure they're still able to play all the songs from swan songs (except maybe this love this hate) i think it's because they only play like the 12 or less songs when they go out on stage, so they have to balance that with choices from different albums, PLUS fan favourites and the focus on their most recent album
