Nothing will ever beat that Bautista bat flip, simply because of the crazy events leading up to it and the insanely loud environment. Emotions were through the roof there.
@@baseball90242 In the top half of the inning, Texas took a 3-2 lead when the batter was adjusting something on his arm and had it extended, which caused the ball being thrown back to the pitcher to deflect off his arm and the runner from third came in and scored. The Blue Jays appealed it but since the batter didn't do it intentionally the call stood, and the fans were PISSED. But then in the bottom half of the inning, three consecutive infield errors allowed the Jays to load the bases, get the tying run in on a bloop hit to center which Texas converted into an out at 2nd, which then culminated in Bautista's homer.
@@naughtmeenaym869 somebody is still bitter? Get over it, your team finally won its first chip with players who were not part of that era. That Jays team knocked out those Rangers two playoff years in a row in embarassing fashion.
I love the Lawless bat flip because at the time he claimed temporary insanity for the bat flip- that was absolutely not something players did back then, especially not in the world series
Carlos Delgado DESERVES to be on the ballot, maybe not get in (I think he deserves to get in) but AT LEAST on the ballot. Amazing player for a long time

"Rather get hit in May than knocked out in October" Bautista's bat flip will forever be epic
What crazy events?

Then Bautista got his face pummeled for being a jerk. Then the Rangers won the World Series. The End.

I'm so going to miss Rhys in Philly.
The Jose Bautista bat flip is the GOAT. It should have a documentary made about it and that image should be somewhere in Toronto's stadium.
Bat flips really show how excited the players are when they go deep!!! Part of the excitement of America's Pastime!!!
i think it may just be me being a biased cardinal fan but the lawless one is the coldest bat flip imo
