Hi @exilerj, I have a noob question. How does shield rune actually work? Is the shield base on the receivers atk or the shield rune source atk? Taking an example, say I have a Vanessa with a shield rune set with 2500ATK and an Ethna with 6000ATK. Would the shield applied on both be based on Vanessa's ATK or on the individual monster's ATK? Would both Vanessa and Ethna gain 6250 shield or would Vanessa gain 6250 shield and Ethna gain 13500 shield?
I tested this but even after testing it's still difficult to confirm since the game doesn't tell you, from what I could see it's scaling from the target's ATK but I'm not a 100% sure, so from your example Ethna's ATK would matter
Chaotic Ray? Other than taking his hp bar to 0 i don't have any other advice, this is why the boss is too RNG, i sometimes get hit by it twice in one run lol
Soleta has some buffs to maybe help like CD and DMG dealt up on light/wind weapon that could help too, definitely think she will work with this team increasing your soul link monster's DMG

Is king give crit dmg up to the boss? Because it said will be give the debuff on creature.
yes it works, he's really good sometimes for raids and some other content because it works against bosses

yeah the rng part is very hard to deal with sadly but thankfully some strats helps making it easier to get higher ranks

Yes, she should do better in general for more DMG, Tiana has strip but that's the only thing you'll lose going Elenoa instead
