Hi how are you doing? I know how frustrating back trouble is. I had to give up work because of it. I cried and blatted for over a year because I couldn't work. I have a problem with my spine that only affects about 8% of the population and it is and will continue to get worse. I don't get around much any more, I might get out of the house about 3 or 4 times a month now. The only thing they can do about it is give me pain killers. Any way I hope your back gets better soon and your wrist too. How is your wrist feeling? It's smart to keep using that brace until your sure it is completely healed. How is the baby feeling? The doll you made is adorable, you have so much talent. You did an amazing job with fixing the hair. You said something about your crochet not being perfect and that it would be boring if it were always perfect. It reminded me of something I heard once, "an artist is never totally satisfied with his creation because if he ever was he would stop creating". I have no idea if that is true or not but I believe it. I'm still wanting to send something to you and I have been thinking about sending your mom something as well. You said she was interested in tatting, I have been thinking about sending her a few thing to get her started with it. What do you think?
Thank you for your kind words and thoughts! I agree the artist is the worst critic of our own works. I am sorry to hear about your back. It truly is the core of our bodies. You never have to send anything. I am just happy that you are watching the videos, and we can enjoy yarn and fiber arts together. As of now, our postal services are on strike, so we don't know how it's all going to play out. Even if you get to go and relax on a chair in the fresh air, count that as getting out. Please take care of yourself.
