Can you please explain more about leasing the gold? As per my understanding if you take something on lease you pay for certain time frame to use that object and return afterwards. Don't they have to return the gold which they have already sold to the customer after well designing? Thanks in advance.

Not an good model of Tanishq. Many jewelers do way more revenue with higher profit margin. All these companies sell low quality 14 k , 16k , 18k gold at way higher prices, and corporate employees on the name of offers and bank discounts get fooled.
I had bought eye glasses and frame from Titan Eye branch Bahadurgarh, after a few days the frame broke, then I went to Titan Eye shop but their behavior changed, they said that we are just investors, what do we have to do with it, you see all that. That shop owner is an investor of Tata Manufacturers, but what will happen to the customer, who should I tell? I also mailed Titan's website but did not get any reply from anywhere. Looks like this is how Titan and Tata group treats their customers. The metal in corner of eye frame broken, it shows the bad quality of the product or a manufacturing defect. So I request you to take action and refund the frame money or replace it.
