I love these no speaking vlogs! As a Chicagoan, I agree that winter is the best time to prioritize your health by going to the gym, making nutrient dense foods, and you could also try hot baths at Ancient Aire to warm up! Here are some of my favorite cafes right now that you might not have tried yet: Dayglow, Sawada (Japanese owned), Tasa Coffee Roasters, Drip Collective (Filipino owned). Stay warm, winter is almost over ☺️ 🌸 🪴🌷 💐 🌱
