But gta 4 was more in the city, so since gta 5 is more off-road sometimes, they needed to create something that you could work with in Los Santo and in Blaine County. Since it's a much more open world.

It literally takes practice and technique to get the driving down! You got to use that handbrake ALOT, and apply the brake to slow tf down and hit that gas as you are going into the turn! The driving physics in IV is the most realistic driving GTA has ever had! Its comparable to real life driving meaning work that car like a real one! You literally gotta drive a car irl to know what I’m talking about! I will admit it at first when the game came out i didnt like it at first, then i got used to it! I just hope GTA VI driving physics will be between IV and V physics!

Its does feel great to feel the suspension in a game and they do have the best damage model but the physics are hardcore not realistic. Anyone who actually drives cars would know that.

Try to take some wide turn fast like this with your little honda and your suspension won’t last a week. Beside like i said not every car as soft suspension hence driving doesn’t feel like "this".
