They definitely seem to be delivering a pretty premium experience for the price but I gotta say overall the Mouse market has really stagnated. There isn't a whole lot to look forward to or be excited other than new mouse shapes or shaving off a few extra grams of weight. I saw recently somebody was using a "pistol grip" mouse and that was pretty weird. Aside from the novelty I don't think it gave any competitive edge over a regular mouse but it's nice to see people trying new things. I remember reading in a thread and someone had the idea to move the mouse laser location. Instead of under the base of the palm it could be moved to the tip of your index finger. Some type of tactile feedback improvement where you would be "pointing" where you want to shoot. Anyways nice video thanks for all you do.
I think because they're marketing them as "tournament grade", have to follow the tournament rules/shapes. Let's players use the same equipment as those professional/celebrities using. But still need to thanks for the competition, our switches/polling rate/quality are much better.
I had to go from a desk to using an sff on the big screen using a lap desk for keyboard and mouse. There's not much space for movement so I had to crank up dpi and sensitivity to look around. I have a g pro wireless, but because I'm doing fine movements with my hands as opposed to using my shoulder and elbow, I have been looking for a decent ergo. I'll have to check this guy out! Thanks as always for the reviews!
So you decide to buy a premium mouse then turn it into a shit experience with massive delay and input lag being caused by distance and a big screen. Great got it
@outdoorogre4279 well when you have to convert your space for gaming into a room for the baby and there's no other decent spot for gaming then yes you have to compromise on that. I'm not gonna be an mvp in any fps games so I doubt the wired vs wireless connection will ever make a difference in my performance.
@@dialdfordesi has nothing to do with wired or wireless brother very few TVs are below 1ms and having dongle far or not in use hurts response time as well. That’s not including the exact same problems with a keyboard connected to a tv as well. The average of displayed on tv is similar to console input latency with mnk which is really bad. As long as you have fun that’s fine but if you can adjust it I really would. You are handicapping yourself big time and remove all benefits of a high quality mouse or keyboard
i just ordered this but one thing i couldnt find and i think is standard on lamzu products like my atlantis but it has on board memory right? i dont like running softwares when im competing
Who would you say should get the Thorn vs the Pulsar xlite v3? I'm thinking about getting one of them but can't decide which. Might just have to buy both and try which one feels best cus they both sound great tbh
The thorn is better overall more accurate if you like clicks lamzu is the way to go plus it comes with the dongle, I think the best is the Razer Deathadder V3 pro
Oh I have not any problems from the two Fnatic mice I’ve had. One of them in fact, the Bolt, I daily drove as a mouse for about a year and it’s still fine.
Just received mine and I think it's faulty, the left button height it's not equal to the right button, like it sits higher than the right button, not much but it's noticeable. Is it yours the same?
This is very far from an ec as an ergo guy the dav3 pro and hyperspeed are close but not quite ec. Xlite is a resized ec and thorn is a mix of dav3 and back hump ambi like x2 or Atlantis. Idk how many mice you’ve used but poor take
