HARVEST WENT WRONG | PHILIPPINES 🇵🇭 LANZONES HARVEST

First time to harvest our lanzones trees. My wife and her sister try to climb the tree to harvest the fruits. Harder than expected.
Compared to the drafted trees this is an old native tree that grows 15 meters high.
Lanzones has white fruit flesh and has a sweet sour taste, besides the refreshing taste lanzones is high in vitamin B, the fruit is helpful in treating fever and cold and even used to treat dengue.

Lanzones are very healthy, good you like them. Here in the province it’s harvesting time for lanzones so found anywhere in the streets, very affordable

The lanzones tree is an old native one so the fruit has may seeds, the one you buy in the market are from drafted tree ones with less seeds so hard to sell .We give away the fruits to family, friends , neighbors and teachers at my daughter’s school.

I never seen or hear about the fruits looks like big peanuts, how many kilo do you take from a tree?

It’s a really nice fruit, no idea how many kilo I guess 40 we only harvested half of the tree. Actually the rope was not used to climb but to get the lanzones down without damaging

Not true. If you want sweet fruits, give a lot of potassium to the tree after fruit set.😂
