The one Hungarian unit that I like is the Danube Flotilla squad as they are armed with fixed MG 08/15 MMG's which means they can move and so not be able to shoot them or they can basically hold a building or objective and so fire on anyone that gets in range with them. And that is how I seen two players play them as objective or over watch units.
@@lessonsfromthefront Yeah they are in Fortress Budapest campaign book. Also the 2nd Flotilla was the only Hungarian unit to fight against the Germans when Regent Horthy tried his unsuccessful try at switching sides in late 1944 to the Soviets.
@@ChrisS-fh7zt, I see their uniform colour was the same as the infantry, but with sailor hats, also in the brown. I wonder if I could kit bash a squad?
Lovely showcase. I’m just getting into Bolt Action and definitely want to do Hungarian. I used to reenact the Honvédseg. What paints did you use for the 38M camo?
Beautiful showcase...and impressive presentation!
Thank you, appreciate the support 🙏
The shading on the faces looks really good!

Yes, I used to play 20mm and then 15mm, and way back also micro-scale, but so please you hit the like button. Sincerely appreciated.

Mmm, sounds interesting. Do you have any pics we could see. They probably have rather cool uniforms. I'll Google them...

@@lessonsfromthefront Yeah anything is possible if you could find a proxy for the headgear and heads for them.
@@ChrisS-fh7zt, indeed, well as said, it's never enough 😂
