This one came out of left field! Insane results so ethereal I was amazed with this acrylic pour. So much so I decided to do a second for my next video, so stay tuned Thursday for Part 2! The technique I show is a traveling straight pour out of a layered 16oz cup. the paint colors i used:
Paynes Grey
Dark Sea
Qnag
White
Gold
and a mix of light grey and dark sea

I watched part 2 first, and yes you did a great job replicating the first one. It is so gorgeous ❣️ You mentioned using house paint as part of your pour and base. I have some acrylic whites I’ve bought for projects and have wondered about using. What kind did you use? Thanks Sarah. ❤
I used behr eggshell with this one :) mixed 4 parts Floetrol to one part house paint
Hey Sarah, LOVE your straight pours! The colors are so pretty. Was wondering how much of the paint can remain on the canvas after you stretch it? I seem to stretch mine too much just to thin the canvas out 🤷🏽♀️
I leave a lot on the canvas as I use Floetrol as my medium. The. Just spray varnish in gloss after. I don’t get cracks and this one I was worried about but it dried great :)

@@SarahMackArt thank you for responding. I’ve tried 4 times so far so my next one I’m going to leave more paint on - ugh so addicting but even the not so good ones look so pretty with the colors you choose- nice & rich! (and expensive right!) 🤣🤣
