Fantastic update, some shots not caught by other people which is brilliant. Especially the car being out in maintenance shed! Be better when both trains are on the track.
I can’t wait to go, I’ve booked a taxi for 12:30 in the morning, I’ll be there about three, then I’ll wait til the gates open at nine, then run to hyperia
@@UKThemeParks it’s a school day, but considering the size, it’s probably gonna be mostly adult ride enthusiasts, not many kids probably, and for kids, I’m pretty sure in most schools across the country the day is only half the length, or at least in my area, so a lot of people decide not to go. Either way, best to be overly prepared for it to be relatively quiet than to be underprepared and for it to be incredibly busy, that’s why I’m taking precaution by getting there six hours before opening, gives you more chance to get on it quickly, and if you can run fast enough (and maybe barge people into trees and onto the floor), you might even be able to get on one of the first rides. With this being the arguably best ride in the uk, I would imagine it will be busy. One thing I’m glad about is that, unlike a lot of the rides that have claimed the title of “worlds tallest” or “some country’s tallest”, it isn’t just a launch with a tall top hat that lasts about thirty seconds, it’s an actual good roller coaster
Do you know if the caged section at the top of the lift hill beneath the track will be removed? I presume its there for mechanics during testing? Thanks!
They budget cut the layout length, theming, viewing platform, faded track paint and on board audio/lighting for the trains. No chance of an automatic winch i'm afraid..
It’s probably because it’s new but it wouldn’t surprise me if it had a squeak when it opens. Icon still squeaks on its tighter transitions to this day, mainly when the track/wheels are wet.
Any engineers here?? The lower wheels that hug the rails are tiny! How can they hold all the weight on the outward bank / invert section? My guess is it will have a lot of downtime.
My thoughts exactly, those are the tiniest wheels I have seen on any roller coaster let alone a hyper coaster and the axels look quite low profile too.

Should be fairly soon!

Side note; Its great to see you back! 😊
🙏
Hi Adam, a great Video and thank you for sharing your thoughts, it's great to see it testing, not long now until opening. Cheers Peter :-)
You got some amazing angles, great update man!
Thank you!
Fantastic opportunity capturing the train being loaded into the maintenance bay! New sub 👍
Thank you!
Fantastic footage! :)
It's great to get a Monk's Walk perspective. Thanks.
Some great shots!
That outerbank out of the station doesn’t sound too good!
Hopefully beds in!
Brilliant vlog
So, cool!🎢🤩
Thank you!
brilliant angles bro🔥
Awesome footage 😃
Stop at 8:07 that headchopper looks so close I’d love to know what the actual clearance from headrest to the support is
8:43 It’s taking that at a much better speed now!
Looks great but I feel a little disappointed by the speed it takes the outerbank. Hopefully it speeds up.

Shouldn't be sold out as it's a school day, but definitely get there early!

Think it is there for permanent maintenance
Love the regular updates were you there for the first test run?
Sadly due to personal reasons no
@@UKThemeParks hope it’s all alright
looks fantastic but I wonder why the outerbank is so squeaky lol
Same
Think it's just where it's new, interesting what the other train sounds like
It's speeding up a lot, especially the large outerbank!
IMO, it seems like they wont need to trim the first element, hopefully thats true
We need a Hyperia emoji 🤣
Please tell me how to get to that path way? Ive looked for it but can not find it😢
Can access from the side of the M3 bridge
@@UKThemeParks thank you!
Do you think they arrive by DHL and get held up by UK customs

Fair point lol
Why does it squeak like that 😂
Hoping it doesn’t stay like that lmao
Early days, should bed in

So no backwards facing row, what a missed opportunity
Yeah that was most likely
