But man, my heart really sank when you showed that your intercessor was broken in half. 😥 And I noticed that JT now attaches the backpack to the figure when it is packaged in the box. For the Ultramarines intercessor, the backpack was placed separately in the packaging. I think they should not do that, as it seems to cause the peg on the backpack to break off.
No problem! I figured that people would want to see what a White Scar would look like on their trusty metal steeds. FYI, all 3 of my White Scars top pegs were broken off so yes, I agree with you that they should not place the backpacks on the back.
Brother Sprues, can you keep us updated on the status of the defective broken scar please. I want to know if they refunded you or not. Sad to see a brother arrive in pieces . Avenge him!
I have had three joy toy figures show up completely in pieces, and probably a quarter of them have issues with limbs that fall off. Too many reviewers don't call Joy Toy on their crap QC.
Are you for real? That really sucks to hear. I would actually take pictures and contact the distributor for a replacement. The companies I have used have all given me replacements and trust me, they know that JT has a lot of QC issues
hey great video. you should do a follow up video on the broken figure and how you fixed it or did you get a replacement from the company you bought it from.
Oh goodness, is that ever a QC screw up; I've had figures arrive with limbs or sections of armor that have detached in the packaging, and one time a purity seal on a venerable dreadnought appeared to have missed the whole "being glued down" step, and thus meandered elsewhere in the packaging, but it was never anything that just "popping stuff back on" or a dab of glue didn't completely solve - that mangled hip section arriving like that seems like it must have already been broken when it went into the box (and the one backpack peg snapping off is just insult to injury). Depending on where you ordered it from I'd contact them about the damaged components, if you haven't already, you may be able to get them to replace it for you (or send you a new figure). Having seen what "could" have been waiting for me in the box, I'm also super glad my White Scars all arrived fully intact.
I was disappointed in the lack of QC for my whole entire White Scar set. All 3 of the backpacks had their top pegs break off and then obviously you saw the fragmented Intercessor. I did contact Flyima and they already sent me a new action figure as a replacement. I'm still going to try to repair the broken one myself though...
The distributor (Flyima) is not the problem. It's JT themselves...big surprise. Thankfully I contacted Flyima and they were very helpful in sending a replacement figure.
My sincere condolences. Yeah stopped buying JT due to material they use. (Majority parts of their figures are made of PVC.) But I do lLOVE their sculpt and your review of them. Please keep up the good work.

As for the quality of JT figures, in all honesty there are things in which they are lacking for sure. However in terms of overall quality, I still really enjoy collecting the figures even though there are issues. To each their own passions I suppose....
Hey man, great video and review as always. The third figure was not at all in a QC situation, and thats pretty bad. It is unacceptabel. Whell whit the sergeant and the bike i think the line is completed. Hope to see more vehicles in the future, like land speeders. A while ago i saw on internet a couple of photos of more vehicles, tanks indeed. Thanks again for this fantastic review, and i hope JT will refund your money on that third figure.

My death guard of krieg arrrived with a broken wrist joint on the right arm. Grrrr. I will fix it ,here is how. Fyi. Revoltech joints can be used for replacement joints on the joytoy figures Same size and gauge.
@@SpruesNStuds I think you need a plastic injection machine ( even a 3dprinted abs is not strong enough) my 3d printer for plastic will be arriving in April, 3d printer resin cannot handle this
I had a few sets with qc issues and missing parts. I have tried getting help from JoyToy and have been told to just return it to the seller for refund or replacement. Imo not good customer support saying they don’t have replacement parts and they can’t do anything to help. I love the figs but for the price they have to up qc and support as well.
JT will not help you directly at all from what I have seen in the forums. It is always the distributor that takes a hit on these issues. Thankfully, the one I bought from was willing to help me out.

That's disappointing to hear that you are having issues too. The community in general have been discovering a lot of quality control issues as well. You can always talk to the distributor to try to get the parts replaced.
I hope JT makes the Iron Hands. With that being said, white scars are ok but not my brand. They are too mongolian for me. Looking forward to blood angel jump packs and blood angel scouts in the far future.

They are painted/ screened on the legs

The figures are not that hard to take apart and repaint. I made a video not too long ago about how to take these figures apart.
