That face is horrendous. Especially for the price. The mcfarlane DC stuff is usually decent while also being at a lower price point, so idk how they messed up this bad.

I really like the old school aesthetic going on with the legs. I don't think every figure needs a whole bunch of junk or detail covering every single piece of the armour. The one with the fate and doom embossing looks sick.

Brother Sprues, just adding to this review that the parchment on the right pauldron is better printed and has better colour consistency in the Blueberry MINIFIGURE of the bladeguard veteran I received today from Aliexpress. A lego minifigure is better printed than the ENTIRETY of this thing, and it feels less cheap by looking at it. Which is absolutely incredible, if you ask me.

Can the claws be swapped out?

How do you use the stand?

I got this figure and I found that if you crumple the loin cloths and kinda roll them around between your fingers for a bit then they will hold creases and look so much better. I also did some paint touchup work, especially on the helmet and backpack. I do plan to do a silver wash on the chain as well.

Figure looks like someone dropped a cartoon anvil on him. Everything seems way too flat and stretched wide. Paint job on the face is a joke. The head might be salvageable to slap onto another space marine rendition with slimmer shoulders (og McFarlane release maybe). Thanks for the great review, but this one's gonna be a hard pass for the collection.

Like I said in another video, I'm really glad some days ago my money went for the preorder of another Chaos Berserker from JoyToy. I own a Kamen Rider Agito bootleg action figure that I ordered a while ago on aliexpress, the paint quality of this figure is TEN TIMES worst than all the paint on that bootleg. Particularly that paint bleed present on the upper part of the Ultra parchment and the paint bleed on the golden laurel on the right leg are atrocious. I legitimately can't understand how a company making toys from 1992 paints their action figures worst than Aliexpress bootleggers! Seeing this, I can assure I will never complain again about the paint defects of my JoyToy Dante (a small chip on one of the ankle's blood tears, the writing on parchment behind the head a bit off), they legit look like a work of Giotto if compared to this cheaply painted and cheaply constructed toy. The sooner McFarlane goes bankrupt, the better for everybody.

I ordered both the McFarlane Titus and the Joy Toy Titus, Gadriel and Chairon but unfortunately due to Canada’s postal strike they are stuck in the mail. I think the McFarlane Titus could use a little more paint. Also face sculpt is disappointing, especially considering I have other McFarlane figures with more accurate faces. However, I still think this figure will look good along side my 4 other McFarlane Ultramarines.

They should’ve added the laurels helmet and honestly swapped that face because man he looks like a small soldiers figure either way the body itself is perfect 😭

Those white stripes on the helmet are way too thick. But still a major improvement on quality from other McFarlane figures.

McFarlane is trash, i wouldnt take it for free, waste of shelve space. Im waiting for a JoyToy one 😉

Are you going to get the Chaos Bersekers? I bought the chainaxe viscerator guy this morning, I hope it turns out as good as the promo pictures. Which are like 100.000 better than the ridicolous Khorne Berserker by McAsshole. At least I'll get something while I wait for the shipping of Sanguinius in january, something non-imperial for once.I also REALLY hope they release other chaos chapters like the regular Thousand Sons, The Emperor's Children and the Nurgle cultist as well as the goddamned Eldars in the future.
