Awesome to see u back! The new shop is amazing 👍😁 cant wait to see what u come up with on your next videos! Thanks for sharing brother! By the way u have one of the best machining videos on RUclips! I’ve learned so much from you 🙏 ARCO
Wow outlaw edge this must be one of the most positive comments I’ve ever had so thank you so much. Look forward to hearing from you again on the channel. All the best.
Your workshop is looking great, reminds me of when I first moved into the current workspace, albeit with far less equipment. Cant wait to see you doing more of the steam engine project, feels like so long ago that you started it.
Hey dude yeah it feels like ages ago since I done any machining projects, building this workshop has sucked all my free time up. But hey it was completely worth it. Good to hear from you happy machining down under.
Excellent tour of your excellent new workshop. Looking forward to seeing your future adventures. 👏👏👍😀
Hi Andrew glad you enjoyed the tour can’t wait to get back stuck in with some projects.
Amazing work on the new workshop Joe, I’m 4 weeks away from getting one of my own and am driving the Mrs crazy by talking about it non stop! Can’t wait to see more videos from you soon!
Hey Benjamin take it from me planning before you get it there is so worth it. If you have a known size work out where your going to put everything. Enjoy the time and will be good to know how you get on.
@@MachiningwithJoe Yeah I’ve sketched up a rough layout - its around 5m x 5m (double garage) - painting the floor in grey epoxy paint / walls white, and benching out the back and gonna get a mill and lathe, I ordered the same bandsaw you have (just the Warco version) last week because they have 30% off at the min so just delayed delivery on it! I’m honestly like a child at Christmas every time I think about it all! The big win was getting a 3 phase supply! I may do a video on it when it’s all done!
That should be a really good size for a workshop much bigger than mine :). Sounds like you’ve got it all planned out, will be cool to see a video of it when it’s all done 👍
This came out really nice. You're going to enjoy working in there. Looking forward to your future projects.
Cheers Gerald. I have done a few little jobs in here already for work and I tell you what having a nice space and work flow is great feels very nice working in there. 👍
Nice update Joe. Enjoy your new workshop!
Thanks Rob glad you enjoyed. Hear from you soon.
Nice video mate. The secret is to keep it tidy! Easier said than done!
Yeah a tidy workshop is great, everything seems to flow better in a tidy work environment.
Your shop it amazing thanks for the plug much appreciated 🙏👏
Thanks Terry was fun having you along the tour.
Great video mate, very jealous of your workshop! I beg you do a toolbox tour of your snap on cart in a future video, I’m a sucker for them
Haha cheers dude my toolbox isn’t nearly as impressive now a days compared to back in my motor trade Days. Still some nice tools in there though 😜
That Harrison m300 looks a great lathe. Small enough for a small workshop but big enough for decent size work what kind of money did that cost you? If you don’t mind me asking
Yeah it is a great lathe getting it really transformed my ability as a maker to take on larger projects. It did set me back just over 2K but well worth it.
