My recipe:
Make the unicorn frapp the same just don't add the ice to the pink syrup.
Then freeze it for 6 hours or until it's solid. You have a choice to either drizzle the blue syrup on when it is solid then freeze the syrup or to swirl the two syrups together before u freeze.
If none of this works u can replace the milk with half and half
