Same here. I too used to sleep everyday at 11 pm, after 11hours of school coz during boards they changed the timings to 8am - 7pm, and wake up at 4 am. But try it at your own risk. Coz there was a point of time where i started to hallucinate a bit😅😅 and even had mild headaches due to insufficient rest. But for me, it was totally worth it. I secured 98% in class 10 ICSE.😊😊
